Say Cheese?

Say Cheese? is a fundraising student publication created to support University College Falmouth 2010 BA (Hons) Photography graduates final year show.

Guaranteed to become a cult item for any kitchen, Say Cheese? is a unique collection of favourite recipes from contemporary photographers. The ideal gift for photography and food lovers alike, it is available as a limited edition.

The cookbook was printed in an edition of 1000; it was used to help fund the students' end of year events and all proceeds from further sales of the book will be put into the 2010 TRACE Graduate Enterprise Fund from which these young artists can apply for help with future projects and events. All proceeds of the book will be used only for this fund.
